There's that Magic Term again --- perimeter. Apparently as fixed as the North Star ... constant, immovable and inviolate! Never to be expanded, or contracted, nor moved about in anyway.

Totally amazing how that powerful word works. And I'm going to remember that word! Because the next time DeWife asks me why didn't I do this or that I can just say ... "Well! That job was outside my perimeter!"
