Your needs have zero benefit in this political climate. Any plan he offers will be attacked immediately based on reality, subterfuge or a combination of both.
When President Trump merely said HCQ could be "a game changer" he was savaged. The NY governor blocked its prescription across the entire state by physicians to stop any successful treatment.
How anyone believes this could be easily navigated is IMHO not paying much attention to recent history.
This is one of two issues that can derail President Trump. When the Dems start attacking 45 because of the clot shot; you'll know the issue is ripe. The other is standing up to Putin and the ChiCom-Russia-Mullahs Alliance.
