Do you think that bill could get CVS to stop the incessant commercials to get one of 14 vaccinations...

TWO freaking years ago, CVS refused to fill a doctor-signed script for hyndroxchloroquine, because CVS said it was not an approved drug. So CVS corporate government buttlicking trumpd a licensed physician's decision. That sent me out their doors forever.

I called around (at the beginning of the pandemic) to every drugstore in my area and asked if I had a script for hydroxychloroquine from my Dr. Would they fill it. Every single one said no, ONE asked what it was for and I said prophylactically for covid and they also said NO! I had read this was happening and found it so very hard to believe if my Dr. ordered a drug for me that they would refuse to fill it. First time I had ever heard of that, so that is why I called around and sure enough it was totally true! WHO had the power to make this happen? Hmmmm.

Same thing happened when I presented a lawful prescription for ivermectin to CVS. My order was in a bag and the employee was ready to hand it to me, when the pharmacist suddenly called the employee over. Next thing I hear from the employee is, “I’m sorry, but this prescription cannot be filled here”.

I filed a written complaint with the Florida Department of Health who responded that it was perfectly justifiable as the prescription’s purpose was for the prevention of Covid. Fortunately, I found a local, non-corporate pharmacy, who filled the prescription but would not honor my insurance. Had to pay full price.

Will this new bill prevent pharmacists from playing doctor?

Yep. Insurance = Big Medicine = Corrupted. Note that they will pay for vaccines and not ivermectin. Insurance is a big part of the problem

Thanks for this!

Looking like the miracles of Nature can even combat engineered illness. Except they’re not really miracles, only seem that way. There right under our noses all along. (*insert wry half-grin emoji)

Most compounding pharmacies are independent and would fill it.

Yes, and I found one in Commiefornia that said they would fill it.

Did you only call corporate owned pharmacies?

Same here in So. California in mid-2020. I was able to find a small, local pharmacy to fill the IVM RX, but had to pay cash as well. By then, the prices had already sky-rocketed.

Yup I changed to a local independent pharmacy. I wish they could be sued for overriding the doctor’s prescription. Can you imagine if a pharmacist refused to fill a birth control prescription and said it’s because the drug doesn’t work?? (Which is true to some extent). People would lose their minds.

Too bad the Abortion Pill CVS-Walgreens-Rite Aid are now selling doesn’t kill Covid.

Guess the Government only wants to eradicate the innocent Child, not the bioweapon.

I got a prescription for Ivermectin filled at Target early in the pandemic. Apparently they saw this as a mistake because not much later they stopped filling them.

Also, I put in my email to the state Legislature, that CVS gave my immunization data to the State , without my permission. Adults have to give permission . Up until 2020, I would have to tell my Drs I had a flu shot. Then I find my UF record has been updated automatically with data from cvs.

No, I take no more shots since 2019.

Wow. On a side note, my local PCM has written that I am 'Undervaccinated' in my health chart. She is now no longer my PCM, I thought she worked in a professional integrative office, guess not.

The problem is that with Obamacare's implementation of electronic medical records for all of us, your former doctor's entry is going to follow you wherever you go. Just last month a new diagnosis code went live, indicating the "undervaccinated" status as a diagnosis. It's ICD-10 Code Z28.310. More info at

https://leohohmann.com/2023/01/17/exclusive-special-report-medical-profession-implements-who-digital-diagnosis-code-for-the-unvaxxed/

It's a dilemma - do you tell your doctor that you're a pureblood and get saddled with this code the rest of your life, or do you refuse to answer the question? And if you refuse, can he/she assume that means "no" and just enter the code anyway? Anybody have a good answer?

I did not answer the vaxx question when filling out forms at my gastroenterologist’s office (mind you… not even a primary care doctor!) and when I read the after visit notes I saw that they had put in my files that I “refused” the vaxx… not declined but refused. I went on Medicare in December. So now this is in my electronic files that go everywhere. How is this legal? In addition to that I see doctors in the Advent Health system here in central Florida and had to sign new HIPPA & consent to treatment forms. They included the following statements: “ Public Health Risks. We may disclose medical information about you for public health activities. These activities generally include the following:

To prevent or control disease, injury or disability;

To report births and deaths;

To report child abuse or neglect;

To report reactions to medications or problems with products;

To notify people of recalls of products they may be using;

To notify a person who may have been exposed to a disease or may be at risk for contracting or spreading a disease or condition;

To notify the appropriate government authority if we believe a patient has been the victim of abuse, neglect or domestic violence. We will only make this disclosure if you agree or when required or authorized by law. … and “ National Security and Intelligence Activities. We may release medical information about you to authorized federal officials for intelligence, counterintelligence, and other national security activities authorized by law.

Protective Services for the President and Others. We may disclose medical information about you to authorized federal officials so they may provide protection to the President, other authorized persons or foreign heads of state or conduct special investigations.” I tried to get away with not signing the HIPPA form as I feel that this is too open ended. Who determines what is a threat to public health, national security, or threats to the health of the president, or any visiting head of state?? Does this include my vaxx status?? I think this all needs to be addressed in the state bill as well.

That is infuriating!!! There is no doubt left at just how corrupt our medical, ahem government health care system has become. We may not have voted for government health care, but by all measures we certainly do seem to have one. The planning that has been going on for decades is nicely coming together. Think the Book of Revelations....
