Dr McCulloughโ€™s lawsuit was dismissed with prejudice.

Expand full comment

That is huge. It sets precedent such that future attempts to smear those who have the courage to speak out will not be easily silenced. Excellent news.

Expand full comment

He has more than one. This one was against Baylor.

Expand full comment

To be clear, the Baylor Scott & White Health Care System, not the university, which I believe no longer has a formal affiliation with it.

From the website: โ€œAs the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Texas and one of the largest in the United States, Baylor Scott & White Health was born from the 2013 combination of Baylor Health Care System and Scott & White Healthcare.Today, Baylor Scott & White includes 51 hospitals, more than 800 patient care sites, more than 7,300 active physicians, over 49,000 employees and the Scott & White Health Plan.โ€

Expand full comment

Saw that last night. Great news was the "with prejudice" part.

Expand full comment

What does dismissed with prejudice mean?

Expand full comment

It means the complaint is merit less and, in the courtโ€™s view, cannot be re-written. So itโ€™s done (unless appealed).

Expand full comment

Great news.

Expand full comment

I don't recall the backstory on this. Can you please explain the significance of this?

Expand full comment

Apparently Baylor Scott and White Health System fired Dr. McCullough when he first started speaking out on Covid and then in an attempt to shut him up, sued him for a million dollars alleging McCullough had brought reputational harm upon the health system. Suit dismissed with prejudice (case is done and can't be re-brought)! Praise G-d!

Expand full comment

And hopefully the good doctor can COUNTER-SUE the "health system" for frivolously wasting his time, slandering him, causing him mental and emotional distress, AND depriving him of an income. . .

And more?

Expand full comment

That IS a huge Praise for Dr. McCullough and all!

Expand full comment

Thank you for the explanation. I kept reading it as McCullough suing Baylor..... and his suit being dismissed with prejudice, which would not be good news๐Ÿค”

Expand full comment

Wow. That is so disgusting ! Smh!

And Iโ€™m an alumnus from Baylor!

Please, could there be a study of the damage masks are doing to the lungs? We have children at our school that are on their 3rd year of mask wearing. The parents are convinced it's helping them. Also, the medical community is also requiring all employees to do the same. Without studies on the chemicals, fungus,, bacteria and microfibers bring inhaled 8 hours a day, one can never know the real risk benefit.

Then when they were no longer mandated, I only had to wear one occasionally & ended up wearing the one hanging from the rear view mirror over and over and over and over. ...

I would like to see that too! Most people donโ€™t know that surgical masks were under EUA (havenโ€™t checked if they still are) so didnโ€™t have to go through any testing to show if they were safe to use or if they worked. Expand full comment

That is an interesting thought.

Expand full comment

Good point, we've established the benefit side of the risk-benefit equation - "0". When those arguments don't work, the risk side of the equation has to be made and they are significant.

I think there have been many studies on the potential risks of improper mask use. A mask has to be clean and changed periodically to prevent bacteria build-up. This bacteria can cause respiratory and sinus infections. There is also the fogen effect which states that if you are sick, prolonged wear will cause you to get sicker as you re-ingest the captured particles as well as the deprivation of O2 and CO2 buildup over time.

Yes, but the Pentagon already knows the Ukraine Misadventure is a lost cause. That closing of the window of opportunity remark says it all as do recent congressional briefings. The Ukrainian Army is already shattered, Bakhmut virtually finished ... and the half million army not even yet brought to bear in full yet. Support in Europe and the US is waning.

So is the other shoe about to fall? I don't know, but I am acutely listening. Because things look like there has to be an Off Ramp found. Why! This is our problem too. Blue Northern Virginia and cities versus Red most of the rest of the state. How will it shake out? Well, if people get so pissed that it all goes mostly Red, maybe there's a prayer. However, there is vote rigging problem. And there are other problems like the Dumbed Down Stupid Voter factor. It's like a giant log jam dilemma.

One way of breaking up a log jam is the classic solution, dynamite. This in the extreme would be the break-up, a Balkanization of the United States. And rather dire, and extreme. But I don't rule it out. After all, the whole game of the Bolshevik Radical Element, maybe with the tacit consent of the cuck Rs, is destablization, and everywhere one cares to look. On the other hand, rays of light and hope are things like what's going on in Florida.

Larry Johnson has a post on the balloon situation. Possibly the balloon is a ploy to get a reaction from US, which would then unleash preemptive strikes against our spy satellites.

"Let me start with this question โ€” what is the difference between a Chinese spy balloon flying at 55 miles above the earth collecting intelligence via sensors and cameras and Chinese spy satellite flying at 70 miles above the earth collecting intelligence with sensors and cameras? Simply a matter of altitude."

https://sonar21.com/sturm-und-drang-and-chinese-balloons/

Expand full comment

Saw some interesting speculation this morning in that the reason the US isn't shooting down the balloon is that we can't. It's at an extremely high altitude above where aircraft can typically fly. It doesn't have a large heat or radar signature so it would be difficult to hit with a missle. The Chinese can just float these at will over the US and there's nothing we can do about it. No one wants to admit this.

I don't know if it's true but it's one of the few explanations that makes sense. Some defense department flunky said we wouldn't shoot it down due to the danger of creating a debris field. This thing is over the middle of nowhere, not downtown Manhattan. They really do think we are stupid.

Either we can't shoot it down or don't have the political will to do it (for whatever reason). Incompetence, cowardice, or corruption. Take your pick.

Expand full comment

When I heard they weren't going to shoot it down, I assumed it was because it doesn't show up on radar/satellite or because our military leaders are in bed with the Chinese. So, they don't want to provoke China for the betterment of the US but are perfectly happy to provoke Russia for the sake of Ukraine. Tucker pointed out last night that China really can't afford to go to war with us because we basically run their economy because we buy so much from them. I don't think China has any desire to get into a physical war with us. They are playing chess and we are playing checkers. They will take over our country without ever firing a shot. They already own a lot of land in this country. That balloon is probably up there looking for the next big land purchase because I've heard they already own a lot of land in the midwest.

I see it as a tit-for-tat scenario, we shoot down their spy balloon and they shoot down our spy satellites, right before we start yet another war in Taiwan.

Am sure the US Navy is screaming NO!

Reminds me of the Monty Python's Dark Knight. Unfortunately our political leaders are the Dark Knights but it isn't their own limbs being hacked off but the family members of the public.

Expand full comment

I hear you, but there's a political, strategic, and tactical difference between "airspace" and "space" itself, that's the reason it's considered acceptable to shoot down aircraft incursions. No one I've found will say its altitude but it's in the atmosphere so that makes it an aircraft not a spacecraft. It can't be more than twenty (or so) miles up.

Satellites are considered strategic national assets and shooting one down is a de-facto act of war regardless of it's location. Not the same with aircraft.

A new election will be meaningless unless we recognize and address phantom votes being injected into the system. Have you read any of Jay Valentineโ€™s pieces at American Thinker? He was responsible for creating the fraud detection system on eBay, among many other accomplishments. His website is omega4america.com. Using a new technology, fractal programming, they have uncovered unbelievable and comprehensive fraud all over the country. Things like 31,000 votersโ€™ zip codes being changed on one day so that their ballots get delivered back to the post office as โ€œundeliverable,โ€ (and thereby usable if needed) and then the next day they get changed back to the correct zip code. Or 825 people โ€œlivingโ€ at a convenience store, all of whom โ€œvoted.โ€ The key is the speed with which they analyze these records. Not dragged out, after-the-fact hand audits and recounts which are all theater. So all the talk of Trump or DeSantis is moot unless we fix the phantom vote catastrophe.

Exactly- that is why Joe got 81 million ballots while staying in his basement - w dementia and a child like VP. 2022 was the confirmation the system is toast. No R will win in 24. It takes too long to undo those 6 fraud counties in 6 swing states.

Do you think that bill could get CVS to stop the incessant commercials to get one of 14 vaccinations...

Feb 3, 2023ยทedited Feb 3, 2023

TWO freaking years ago, CVS refused to fill a doctor-signed script for hyndroxchloroquine, because CVS said it was not an approved drug. So CVS corporate government buttlicking trumpd a licensed physician's decision. That sent me out their doors forever.

Expand full comment

I called around (at the beginning of the pandemic) to every drugstore in my area and asked if I had a script for hydroxychloroquine from my Dr. Would they fill it. Every single one said no, ONE asked what it was for and I said prophylactically for covid and they also said NO! I had read this was happening and found it so very hard to believe if my Dr. ordered a drug for me that they would refuse to fill it. First time I had ever heard of that, so that is why I called around and sure enough it was totally true! WHO had the power to make this happen? Hmmmm.

Expand full comment

Same thing happened when I presented a lawful prescription for ivermectin to CVS. My order was in a bag and the employee was ready to hand it to me, when the pharmacist suddenly called the employee over. Next thing I hear from the employee is, โ€œIโ€™m sorry, but this prescription cannot be filled hereโ€.

I filed a written complaint with the Florida Department of Health who responded that it was perfectly justifiable as the prescriptionโ€™s purpose was for the prevention of Covid. Fortunately, I found a local, non-corporate pharmacy, who filled the prescription but would not honor my insurance. Had to pay full price.

Will this new bill prevent pharmacists from playing doctor?

Expand full comment

Yep. Insurance = Big Medicine = Corrupted. Note that they will pay for vaccines and not ivermectin. Insurance is a big part of the problem

Yup I changed to a local independent pharmacy. I wish they could be sued for overriding the doctorโ€™s prescription. Can you imagine if a pharmacist refused to fill a birth control prescription and said itโ€™s because the drug doesnโ€™t work?? (Which is true to some extent). People would lose their minds.

Also, I put in my email to the state Legislature, that CVS gave my immunization data to the State , without my permission. Adults have to give permission . Up until 2020, I would have to tell my Drs I had a flu shot. Then I find my UF record has been updated automatically with data from cvs.

No, I take no more shots since 2019.

Wow. On a side note, my local PCM has written that I am 'Undervaccinated' in my health chart. She is now no longer my PCM, I thought she worked in a professional integrative office, guess not.

Expand full comment

The problem is that with Obamacare's implementation of electronic medical records for all of us, your former doctor's entry is going to follow you wherever you go. Just last month a new diagnosis code went live, indicating the "undervaccinated" status as a diagnosis. It's ICD-10 Code Z28.310. More info at

https://leohohmann.com/2023/01/17/exclusive-special-report-medical-profession-implements-who-digital-diagnosis-code-for-the-unvaxxed/

It's a dilemma - do you tell your doctor that you're a pureblood and get saddled with this code the rest of your life, or do you refuse to answer the question? And if you refuse, can he/she assume that means "no" and just enter the code anyway? Anybody have a good answer?

I did not answer the vaxx question when filling out forms at my gastroenterologistโ€™s office (mind youโ€ฆ not even a primary care doctor!) and when I read the after visit notes I saw that they had put in my files that I โ€œrefusedโ€ the vaxxโ€ฆ not declined but refused. I went on Medicare in December. So now this is in my electronic files that go everywhere. How is this legal? In addition to that I see doctors in the Advent Health system here in central Florida and had to sign new HIPPA & consent to treatment forms. They included the following statements: โ€œ Public Health Risks. We may disclose medical information about you for public health activities. These activities generally include the following:

To prevent or control disease, injury or disability;

To report births and deaths;

To report child abuse or neglect;

To report reactions to medications or problems with products;

To notify people of recalls of products they may be using;

To notify a person who may have been exposed to a disease or may be at risk for contracting or spreading a disease or condition;

To notify the appropriate government authority if we believe a patient has been the victim of abuse, neglect or domestic violence. We will only make this disclosure if you agree or when required or authorized by law. โ€ฆ and โ€œ National Security and Intelligence Activities. We may release medical information about you to authorized federal officials for intelligence, counterintelligence, and other national security activities authorized by law.

Protective Services for the President and Others. We may disclose medical information about you to authorized federal officials so they may provide protection to the President, other authorized persons or foreign heads of state or conduct special investigations.โ€ I tried to get away with not signing the HIPPA form as I feel that this is too open ended. Who determines what is a threat to public health, national security, or threats to the health of the president, or any visiting head of state?? Does this include my vaxx status?? I think this all needs to be addressed in the state bill as well.

That is infuriating!!! There is no doubt left at just how corrupt our medical, ahem government health care system has become. We may not have voted for government health care, but by all measures we certainly do seem to have one. The planning that has been going on for decades is nicely coming together. Thank you for sharing that article. This quote is something that Iโ€™ve long wanted to hear spoken by a medical professionalโ€ฆ..

Dr. Mary Talley Bowden, an ear, nose, and throat specialist, also lost privileges at Methodist.

Talley Bowden: I've tested over 80,000 people for Covid, and that's what first alerted me to what was going on, because we keep track of who's vaccinated and who's not. And the patients who were vaccinated and testing positive were just as sick, if not sicker, than the ones that weren't. And eventually, I saw more vaccinated patients testing positive than unvaccinated, and that's when I really became vocal โ€” and Methodist did not like that.

This should be shouted from the rooftops! Iโ€™m so sick of hearing the excuse that people had a milder case because they were vaccinated.

I just have no confidence in doctors now. I just went to Cleveland Clinic website to find out about a condition and the first thing I read was this is seen more in people who were โ€œassigned femaleโ€ at birth. This is crazy! They are ALL nuts if they believe this nonsense. Has the whole country gone insane?

Expand full comment

Yes they have. And itโ€™s a growing realization for me that itโ€™s nearly impossible to find anything online about a health condition. If Iโ€™m looking for something online, I try to search for a site that leans holistic. Expand full comment

What's inside the blimp? Exactly. This leads to a question that has been burning inside me since early in the "pandemic"...if we have so little trust of China, then why in the world would all of the vaccines that we have be based upon a spike sequence obtained FROM CHINA???

โ€œCan you imagine China even TRYING this during the Trump Administration? And if they did, can you imagine our response being to let it drift around the continent collecting data?โ€

Boom! There it is, that polarizing, still rightful Presidentโ€™s nameโ€ฆ.Trump. No, this would not have happened under Trump. He was adamant about building up the military. Unfortunately, he didnโ€™t realize how entrenched was the corrupt military complex at the top. In case many of you didnโ€™t notice who spend hours on here, arguing how bad Trump was/is, the whole agenda of this new government is not just to undo everything he started, but to go as far down the socialist communist pike as they can cram down our throats. Get it?

It is interesting that as many of us that have vocalized being unsure about Trump right nowโ€ฆ.the thing that holds true is that we ALL KNOW if Trump was in charge this would not have happened or if it did he would have already eliminated this threat.
