Good morning, C&C, and welcome to the weekend edition! Today’s roundup includes: an important Epoch Times article about the push to normalize pedophilia; Balenciaga continues spiraling down the drain; Musk releases election interference data and alleges much bigger FTX help to dems; Ukraine goes after its churches for disloyalty; home sales show how well Bidenomics is working; an overturned election shows legal high bar; and Joe Biden delivers on his campaign promise to be a uniter.

🪖 The Epoch Times ran an important article this morning, which quotes me for a small part, headlined, “General Public Unaware’ of Push to Normalize Pedophilia in Culture and Academia.”

🗞*WORLD NEWS AND COMMENTARY* 🗞
🔥 Speaking of pedophilia, earlier this week we looked at the Balenciaga story, and I predicted that despite cancelling the offensive ad campaign and after multiple, well-crafted, public relations-style apologies, the fashion brand still may never recover from the blunder. I suggested that on reason the wound looks fatal is because of how much attention the designer is getting now, from people who are microscopically inspecting everything the designer has ever done and hunting for incriminating evidence.
I always wonder whether to run this kind of stuff, but independent reviewers took a closer look at the company’s name, and what they found is not going to help the dark designer’s cause any.
It turns out that, if you add double the first ‘a’ in the name, which might be fair to do, as I’ll explain in a moment, and then break the name into three ‘words,’ you get this: Baal enci aga. Then — try it yourself, I did — Google translates the three words from Latin to English as: “Baal is the king.”
If Balenciaga knew about this, it’s pretty icky. Christians immediately recognized the historical name Baal, which is an ancient near-middle-eastern diety, usually portrayed in archeological sites, relics, and icons as a bull. He’s long lasting; over the years, many different societies have adapted various versions of the diety, like Beelzebub, the lord of flies.
Baal was a pretty ugly religion. Early Baal worship is associated with child sacrifice, ritual homosexuality and cult prostitution. It’s so gross the Bible specifically and repeatedly condemns Baal worship. Most significantly, a lot of people use Baal as synonym for Satan, the kind of nickname a hip Satanist might use to show they’re in the ‘cool kids’ club.
But, the essential question is whether it is fair to add the extra ‘a’. You can transform lots of otherwise innocent words into bad stuff if you’re allowed to add letters. But you can’t deny that THIS happened in one of the new campaign ads: Balenciaga spelled their own name using the double-a.
In one of the ad campaign’s photos — notice the sweet S&M bear/purse off to the left — you can see a roll of crime-scene tape, labeled with the brand’s name, but including the double ‘a’: Baalenciaga.
It might have just been an unfortunate typo that somehow escaped countless people looking at it and, against all odds, made it into the shoot. But, given how carefully the rest of the set was designed, and how the tape is angled just so that the typo is prominent, I think it’s fair to assume the designer was playing around with the word. And if THEY are using the misspelling, it’s fair to attribute that variant as their deliberate intent.
In other words, they knew about the double-a version and did it on purpose.
Reinforcing the satanic implication is the little demonic figure over the boy’s left shoulder (right shoulder in the picture), hand-drawn as childish art, but which is visually paired with the Baal tape, by being placed on a straight line through the little boy. The two images — the tape and the demon — are visually linked together, balanced along what visual designers call a “Z-axis.” It may sound like a stretch, but photographers will instantly recognize the connection.
Now, I’m not accusing Balenciaga’s owners of being full-on Satanists. “Will we see you at the black mass tomorrow, Lenny?” “No, sorry, I have a round of golf with the senator. But my wife and I are worshipping at the Saturday night blood service, which we usually enjoy, except I’m not too sure about the interim high priest.”
Who knows? But if they’re not ACTUALLY worshipping the devil, at minimum it looks like they’re pretending to be fans of history’s all-time most hated religious personality. Maybe they’re pretending in an indirect way, just trying to hint at it, a subconscious suggestion, in a way that they could plausibly deny. Maybe they were even trying to create an internet controversy theory they could later debunk? “The notion that Balenciaga is satanic is preposterous!”
Well, if that was the angle, it backfired spectacularly.
Given how over-the-top the symbology in these pictures is, the macabre designer has probably been playing these kinds of twisted games with symbols for a while, but now the whole world is searching for the evidence. That’s why their over-the-top ad campaign backfired so badly on the creepy brand. Balenciaga, or Baalenciaga, or whatever they call themselves, are about to get associated with all the awful stuff that so far they’ve only been flirting with. But now, WITHOUT plausible deniability.
I wanted to say “get woke, go broke,” but then I thought, IS this woke? Or maybe this story represents woke’s ultimate destination? What on Earth are these morons thinking?
🔥 Late yesterday evening, Elon Musk released another tranche of censorship evidence, this time about Twitter’s manipulation of the Hunter Biden laptop story. The CEO used independent journalist Matt Taibbi to review the evidence and write up a summary, in what looks like a deliberate poke at corporate media.
Taibbi confirmed that Twitter executive Vijaya Gadde, head of Legal, Police, and Trust, played a key role in suppressing the October 2020 Hunter Biden laptop story. Gadde would later be fired by Musk when he took control in October, and then immediately snapped up by the Biden Administration for a sweet ‘advisory position’ in the Department of Homeland Security’s “disinformation” bureau.
Twitter’s CEO and founder, Jack Dorsey, apparently was kept out of the loop most of the time the laptop story was being buried. “The decision [to censor the laptop story] was made at the highest levels of the company, but without the knowledge of CEO Jack Dorsey, with former head of legal, policy and trust Vijaya Gadde playing a key role,” wrote Taibbi.
Taibbi also said records showed a direct link between Biden’s team (and other actors) and Twitter, including very specific requests for takedowns of particular tweets. Taibbi said requests from connected actors to delete individual tweets were ROUTINE. For example, Twitter executives would write each other, “More to review from the Biden team.” The response would be: “Handled.”
I BET they handled them. I checked each of the links from the example, and all are “deleted.”
Unfortunately, Musk did NOT provide any electronic communications from “the Biden team,” which might have constituted evidence of crimes. Maybe that evidence is still coming.
Apart from names of folks like Vijaya, who will almost certainly be called to serve Congress some word salad at some point, I’m not sure I see much directly actionable in the latest release. For example, Taibbi didn’t name any government actors who were involved. I’m praying this isn’t some kind of limited hangout, an admission of SOME of the truth, to pacify and distract people. We’ll see.
Still, even if the new disclosure lacks evidence of real crimes by government officials, it still gives more evidence to Republicans in Congress about democrat election interference, and to the Missouri / Louisiana attorneys general who are prosecuting the civil rights case.
🔥 For what it’s worth, Musk alleged this week that Sam Bankman-Fried may have donated up to $1B of other people’s money to democrats — far more than what was publicly disclosed. If true, it would strongly suggest that FTX was never meant to survive, but just to funnel money to the democrats during the elections, leaving the firm’s inevitable collapse as a problem for later.
🚀 Yesterday, Reuters ran a story headlined, “Ukraine To Prepare Law Banning Churches ‘Affiliated’ With Russia.” Comedian-turned-president Zelensky announced that some Ukrainian churches are actually Russian sympathizers that can “weaken Ukraine from within.”
Can’t have that.
Yesterday, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) raided at least five churches in the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. Orthodox Christians make up most of Ukraine’s 43 million people, but the particular denomination currently under suspicion is only about 5%.
The gist is that Zelensky suspects the churches are “manipulating” Ukrainians to be against the war. Can’t have that kind of manipulation. So you know what has to happen next.
“We have to create conditions where no actors dependent on the aggressor state (Russia) will have an opportunity to manipulate Ukrainians and weaken Ukraine from within,” Zelensky stormed angrily in his nightly address to the nation on Thursday, adding poetically, “We will never allow anyone to build an empire inside the Ukrainian soul.”
An empire inside the Ukrainian soul! Soul crimes! As if the Ukrainians don’t have enough to worry about with Russia. Now they’re fighting each other. As a growing number of power-deprived civilians are starting to ask hard questions about the proxy war, Zelensky must crack down on them, to keep the discontent from spreading.
Millions of U.S. dollars continue flowing to Ukraine. I guess we don’t care what Ukraine does to its own churches. Oh well!
📉 Bidenomics showed up strong this week, as pending home sales figures were down a record 37% year-over-year. The line on the graph is falling like a lead ice cream cone.
Say what you want, but this is the largest annual drop since they started keeping track. So.
🔥 It can happen, but it’s never easy. This rare case shows how easy it ever gets. WFTV-9 (Florida) ran a story last month headlined, “Judge overturns Eatonville Council election results due to 2 ‘illegal’ votes.” An Orange County judge ruled that the results of a 2020 Eatonville Town Council election should be set aside after finding that two votes were cast illegally.
The reason this case succeeded is because the margin of victory was only one vote. So the two votes the judge found to be illegal actually affected the outcome. This is a crucial point. To bring an effective elections challenge, you must show the court that the alleged problems made a big enough difference to affect the outcome.
It’s usually almost impossible to show that.
For example, even if you could prove that ballot harvesting happened, which is illegal in Florida, you still have to prove that the harvested ballots were voted a certain way, were counted, and enough of them were counted to change who the winner was.
Obviously, the closer the final result, the easier it is to show that cheating made a difference. You get more than a few hundred votes apart, and you have a nearly impossible task. Remember, you only have ten days from certification to file the challenge, and the complaint has to allege how the outcome would have been different.
You might also notice that it in this case, it still took two years to get a result, even though it was only about two illegal votes. Cases challenging elections generally have to be filed within days, but after that, they can drag on for months or years. I’ve learned the hard way that this is the main reason why legal challenges to elections aren’t super helpful, unless the cheating is crystal clear.
That’s another reason why I say the answer is two-pronged: [1] watermarked, serialized paper ballots, and [2] same-day, in-person voting.
🚀 Joe Biden has finally delivered on a campaign promise. In another development that corporate media didn’t mention, Russia and China are now holding joint military drills, and for the first time in history, have landed military aircraft at each other’s bases.
Well, Joe Biden did say he was a uniter, and promised to unite the world. He’s done a terrific job of uniting Russia and China! Who knows what he might accomplish next, after he gets up from his nap.
Have a wonderful weekend! I’ll see you back here on Monday morning to kick off the first full week of December, the C&C way.

At that time the disciples came to Jesus and said, “Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” And He called a child to Himself and set him before them, and said, “Truly I say to you, unless you are converted and become like children, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever then humbles himself as this child, he is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever receives one such child in My name receives Me; but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him to have a heavy millstone hung around his neck, and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.
…
See that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that their angels in heaven continually see the face of My Father who is in heaven.”

Jeff, I very much admire your integrity & communication gift. C&C is the morning’s first read. I don’t publish any bio info, but my work requires precise trending analyses. What is the underlying condition we are seeing across the globe? Separation from God, from family. Chaos rules. Who/what is the source of the chaos & a constant stream of lies? Satanic forces. We are in a profound spiritual war, there’s just no other way to explain it.
