🔥 On Thursday, Just the News reported that Florida Governor DeSantis’ new election crimes unit recommended the state police open a full criminal investigation into an alleged long-running, widespread ballot harvesting operation in politically important, central-Florida African-American communities. The investigation arose from a Democrat whistleblower’s detailed complaint describing the harvesting scheme, which describes specific details, names names, lists amounts paid for ballots ($10 each), and so forth.
The whistleblower explained that “ballot brokers” buy people’s ballots — in the envelopes — but ONLY if the envelopes are unsealed, so that the harvesters can mark the ballots, or confirm that the “right” candidates have been selected. If this scheme HAS been going on, as appears likely, it will be child’s play to confirm it, given the large number of people involved, and the length of time it has been alleged to have been going on.
In a video interview, whistleblower Cynthia Harris described encounters with local ballot harvesters trying to buy her mail-in ballots:
Calm down! The important thing is, nobody asked for her I.D., which would have been racist. So it’s okay.
It’s an important development for a couple reasons. First, this is a MUCH more significant story than what corporate media was reporting last week about Florida’s new elections crimes unit — which was arresting a bunch of felons for voting without paying their court fines.
You might suspect that corporate media would be distraught about this new ballot-harvesting operation story, since it threatens BOTH their narratives: that no “real” cheating happened anywhere in 2020, and that Florida’s elections crimes unit is a useless boondoggle.
And you’d be right!
Within an hour of the Just the News story hitting Twitter, Twitter added a “Safety Flag” warning to the post, so that people who clicked the link to the ballot harvesting article would see THIS scary advice:
Unsafe! Reading the story could tear your corneal retina or infect you with badthink or something, who knows.
In a statement responding to the warning, Just the News’ executive editor John Solomon, who used to be the Washington Times’ editor-in-chief, asked newly-installed Twitter interim CEO Elon Musk to delete the warning, pleading “Mr. Musk, tear down this wall of censorship. Reporters must be allowed to report accurate stories about state officials making announcements without fear of their content being labeled unsafe.”
A person connected with the story suggested the warning was placed on the story after leftwing activist groups complained directly to like-minded groups inside Twitter.
Three takeaways. First, it’s no surprise that Musk has a lot of work to do to clean up Twitter. Hopefully he’ll find whoever did this and fire them. Second, the holdouts inside Twitter don’t seem to know the war is over; they’re like those goofy stranded Pacific island soldiers after World War II. Third, corporate media REALLY wishes this story would just go away.
“Ballots for dollars” is ugly. I will say it: this is EXPLICITLY vote buying. The breaking story threatens corporate media’s beloved “cleanest election in history” narrative.
The lefty activists are only in triage mode with this “safety warning.” Believe me, they’re busy working on a counter narrative right now. I predict it’ll be that the investigation is “racist” or transphobic or socially unjust or something.
Who wants to bet?
💡 You know, maybe we should talk about this whole mail-in ballot thing some more. Maybe we should consider going back to limiting them only to overseas and military folks. Just saying. Don’t cancel me. I’m not denying any elections or anything. Not yet.
🔥 Yesterday, Elon Musk announced he’s creating a Twitter content moderation committee that will include members from “diverse viewpoints.”
Human Events editor Jack Posobiec offered what seems to me to be a smart suggestion:
I get it; after what we’ve been through, ANY content moderation seems problematic. But Musk has no choice; absent SOME level of moderation, leftists would destroy the platform by flooding it with child porn, antisemitic rants, Trump derangement, and other BlueAnon stuff far-left people are obsessed with.
Fair’s fair.
🚀 Joe Biden has finally decided to de-escalate the risks of nuclear war with Russia.
Oh, wait. Never mind!
Politico ran a story this week headlined, “U.S. speeds up plans to store upgraded nukes in Europe.” But don’t worry, it’s Putin’s fault. Biden says Putin is planning to invade Europe or something. The subheadline explains, “The fielding of an improved gravity bomb has been moved up to December as Vladimir Putin threatens the region.”
Putin PERSONALLY threatened Europe, according to corporate media. So nukes it is.
According to Politico, Pentagon officials said the nuclear weapon upgrades are needed to “ensure the stockpile is modernized and safe.”
Safe?
Wait. Was the OLD arsenal not safe? When were they planning to tell us? And, how EXACTLY does moving bigger, more accurate, and more destructive nukes into Europe in the middle of a hot proxy war make us “safer?”
Politico blandly reported that the announcement “came as a surprise to some longtime observers, who fear it could further stoke an already dangerous situation in Europe.” You don’t say.

🔥 Yesterday, TeleTrader ran a story headlined, “Italy Reinstates Unvaccinated Health Staff, Drops Fines.” Italian Health Minister Orazio Schillaci announced yesterday that unjabbed health workers can come back to work, never mind, and the €100 fines for unjabbed people over fifty will be forgiven.
Italy will also move to weekly covid reporting, instead of daily.
Imagine that.
🔥 Paul Pelosi was attacked inside his home around 2:30am yesterday by a gay Canadian nudist illegal alien who lives in a hippie commune in San Francisco under “sanctuary” status. 🔥 After hearing five hours of public and expert comment, Florida’s Board of Medicine voted yesterday to recommend BANNING trans medicines and surgeries for kids. The gist seems to be that the risk posed by irreversible treatments for gender dysphoria outweigh the uncertain benefits.
Several “de-transitioners” spoke to the Board of Medicine about the horror of their experiences.
These speakers included a very brave young lady, Chloe Cole, 18, shown above at the left, a courageous survivor of teenaged testosterone treatments and top surgery. “Why is a mental health epidemic not being addressed with mental health treatment to get at the root causes for why female adolescents like me want to reject their bodies?” Cole asked the panel.
“My breasts were beautiful, now they’ve been incinerated, for nothing,” she added, sadly.
The meeting ended when trans activists got unruly and started shouting “lies!” at the speakers, and chanting “their blood is on your hands!” at the board members. Although I couldn’t confirm this, reports suggested that later, the activists ritually castrated themselves in front of the building using replicas of Donald Trump’s presidential letter opener.
🔥 Although this story has been COMPLETELY embargoed by corporate media, on Thursday Russia presented its dossier of evidence against the United States at the U.N. Security Council.
The only place I could find any official report was on the Russian government’s website, which simply reproduced its official statement to the United Nations. I do not yet have a copy of the evidence dossier (but would love to see it).
The statement runs long, but is worth reading in full. Essentially, it summarizes extensive evidence of the Pentagon’s involvement in Ukraine’s expansive network of biolabs, including documents referencing multiple strains of dangerous pathogens like influenza, cholera, and anthrax. The statement refers to multiple documents and recovered drone parts evidencing a U.S./Ukraine scheme to use drones, insects, birds, and bats to carry infectious agents against military troops.
The Russians say that neither the U.S. or Ukraine have ever answered its claims in any meaningful way, except to dismiss the hard evidence as “disinformation” and “propaganda.” Nor am I aware of any substantive response by the United States to these serious allegations.
The Russian delegation said the smoking gun was the Pentagon’s involvement. If the biological cooperation between the two countries was purely for “community health,” why are all the involved American agencies military, and not health-related?
There are attempts to convince us that the cooperation of the United States and Ukraine in the biological area is purely peaceful in nature. But will you please answer one simple question? Why is it that from the US side this cooperation is managed by a military authority (the Pentagon) and its numerous contractors? If you had really studied the documents that we circulated, which I doubt, you would have seen copies of agreements and work acceptance sheets signed by military representatives on both sides.
What sort of humanitarian cooperation a defense ministry can engage in? We heard no answer even to that simple question, to say nothing of the others that as you might imagine, are quite numerous in our 300-page-long compilation that we shared. From all that was said today, we were particularly touched by the remark of our American colleague. She referred to the UN Office for Disarmament Affairs saying that there was no military biological activity of the US in Ukraine and asserted that this statement by ODA was a proof in itself.
Do you think we are that naïve to believe that the Pentagon would have informed the UN ODA and its High Representative about its secret military biological programs in Ukraine?
The Russians are legally demanding convening a formal commission to investigate their claims and evidence, as appears to be their legal right under the Biological Weapons Convention.
We lodged a complaint with this Council, and we put forward a draft resolution requesting an investigation. We have the right to do this, whether you like it or not. So let us remain in the legal field and save our political assessments for other meetings.
For some reason, the Americans, the British, and the Ukrainians stridently oppose ANY investigation of the biolabs. A waste of time! Pure harassment! Blame shifting!
But, as they say, if there is nothing to hide, why not welcome the investigation?

🔥 In a development that seems more than coincidental, the Senate released its interim report on the Wuhan lab this week, and Vanity Fair quickly ran a gigantic story yesterday headlined, “COVID-19 Origins: Investigating a ‘Complex and Grave Situation’ Inside a Wuhan Lab.”
Lol! I bet it IS complicated. On purpose.
The lengthy sub-headline explains:
The Wuhan Institute of Virology, the cutting-edge biotech facility at the center of swirling suspicions about the pandemic’s onset, was far more troubled than previously known, explosive documents unearthed by a Senate research team reveal. Following the trail of evidence, Vanity Fair and ProPublica provide the clearest picture yet of a laboratory institute in crisis.
Poor Wuhan lab! It was in a crisis! We all know how that feels. It’s hard to keep track of dangerous engineered pathogens when you’re in a crisis, after all. It could happen to any of us.
In other words, the Wuhan lab was the real victim.
Vanity Fair reported that the Senate’s interim report, released Thursday, concluded that the covid pandemic was “more likely than not, the result of a research-related incident.”
Gosh. Who could have seen THAT coming? What a shocking conclusion.
Shifting the blame to China’ Communist Party, Vanity Fair describes a difficult lab environment where heroic scientists slaved away under “inhumane working conditions,” “hidden safety dangers,” and unbearable political pressure “to produce scientific breakthroughs that would elevate China’s standing on the world stage, despite a dire lack of essential resources.”
According to Senate researchers, publicly-available communications posted to the Wuhan lab’s website suggest that an emergency began at the lab sometime in early November of 2019, an emergency that already got the direct attention of President Xi. A State Department report said that in the late Fall, several researchers inside the Wuhan lab got sick “with symptoms consistent with both COVID-19 and common seasonal illnesses.”
Then, late in the article, Vanity Fair finally made the connection I was looking for.
In a 2015 research paper, Shi [Zhengli] and a University of North Carolina virologist named Ralph Baric proved that the spike protein of a novel coronavirus could be used to infect human cells… The virus manipulation was completed at Baric’s BSL-3 lab in North Carolina.
This gain-of-function experiment was so fraught that the authors essentially put a warning label on it, writing, ‘scientific review panels may deem similar studies…too risky to pursue.’ In March 2018, Shi partnered with Baric and a longtime collaborator, Peter Daszak, on a $14 million grant proposal to genetically manipulate bat coronaviruses to see how they might cause pandemics.
The proposal called for possibly enhancing the viruses with something called a furin cleavage site to boost their entry into human cells. The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) rejected the grant proposal for not adequately assessing the risks posed by a supercharged virus.
It is not clear whether WIV scientists continued the research on their own. Shi and Baric did not offer comment. In his response to our request for comment, Daszak did not address the DARPA grant.
Helpfully, the Wuhan lab was outside the U.S. and outside its restrictive legal environment, but maybe that particular lab wasn’t the best place to experiment on pandemic-level pathogens, even though located outside the jurisdiction of America’s gain-of-function restrictions.
HHS’s former director of the Office of Pandemics and Emerging Threats told Vanity Fair, “Even the WIV’s people are saying, ‘We don’t have the resources and capabilities to keep this up and running.’ It’s like, holy crap, if you are working in a lab like that, I don’t understand why people don’t shut it down.”
The story continues for several long, dense pages, ending in a rueful description of the lab-leak issue as “completely politicized.” Vanity Fair somehow failed to note that high-level bad actors seeking to cover up a disaster would greatly benefit from having a zone flooded by competing conspiracy theories and politically-toxic acrimony.
So.
It is just me, or does it seem odd timing that, after two years of deliberate obfuscation, the government would suddenly now be conceding the lab-leak, and trying to shift the narrative to “safety conditions,” right when Russia is calling for a United Nations investigation of overseas American involvement in bio-research?
It’s probably just a conspiracy theory. Nothing to see here! Please move along, at the speed of science.

🔥 Newsmax ran a heartwarming story yesterday headlined, “HS Football Coach Who Lost Job for Praying After Games to Be Reinstated.”
Back in 2015, the Bremerton, Washington school district fired assistant high school football coach Joseph Kennedy for leading prayers with his players on the field after games. But in June, the United States Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that Kennedy’s prayers were protected speech under the First Amendment.
This week, the federal court in Washington ordered the school district to give Kennedy his job back, pay all his attorney’s fees and costs, and not interfere with his prayers.

🔥 Finally, I debated whether to include this next satirical and humorous piece, but finally decided to go with it. It’s an important story, as I’ll explain in a second, but the artist’s “PG13+” style is a tad profane for this family blog, since it includes a half-dozen or so common curse words. But last month, the comic artist was perma-banned from Twitter — for a reason.
And the reason is that art and satire are sometimes far more powerful than rhetoric and facts.

The anonymous anti-vaccine comic calls himself “Dr. McHonk Honk.” He posts anti-vaxx information, and makes videos styled as a psychotic pharma clown doctor, in which he has sinister chats with himself playing “monkey boy,” a character representing us, the great unwashed, subhuman public, as the elite clowns see us.
His most recent post (now on Telegram and Gettr) is a song titled “They Despise Our Kind.” Dr. McHonk Honk has a delightful Irish accent (I think), and things move fast, which occasionally makes the song lyrics a little hard to understand, so I’ve typed it all up for you below.
