Yes! THIS! Thanks for saying it. I can forgive but I can’t forget. The LEAST he and the rest of them can do is come out with their apology tour. We need headlights and megaphones coming from these supposed intelligent people. The truth needs to be blast from one end of the earth to the other. After all, they blasted their support for it. People are dead. People are dealing with lifelong injuries now. People are still getting jabbed with this poison. If Ben really understands he was lied to by everyone then he needs to first take responsibility for NOT researching, for NOT being skeptical when it was obvious we should have been given the climate and the motive with the election issues, and for NOT using his brain about this (like the rest of us uneducated people did) and then follow up with his apology tour. And I’d like an acknowledgement that us un-injected people were right all along, and that we were NOT the idiots they made us out to be. That would go a long way.

Agree. I will never forgive or forget. I do feel bad for people who naively took the shots based on misplaced trust in the cdc, medical community and the government. It sucks. But the point is few if any said or did nothing against the unprecedented and unlawful mandates that were forced, coerced etc. Why was that not a problem!? So actions or lack of action has consequences. Ben and all in his position need to think on that.

My friend proudly told me he took the jab again. This after he's been jabbed before caught Omicron and was very sick. Pointed out that each time he took the jab he got very ill (first with a bad flu and then Omicron). He looked very surprised that I asked, "You haven't figured it out yet. You're damaging your immune system."

He takes it as a point of pride not to read or look into anything I've mentioned and to obey the State. I've made more than one joke that yes I know "Ignorance is Strength."

While many have backed away from the jabs, other regard taking them as a badge of courage in obedience to the party. Children have been offered up to the altar too. It's beyond sad. Geert Vanden Bossche who has been correct to date sees a dark winter ahead for these people.

I disagree. Ben Shapiro is an INFLUENCER. People relied on his opinion. His hubris in encouraging people to take a medication to protect others is immoral.

Ben is a garden variety establishment conservative. He has repeatedly demonstrated an inability to analyze the political reality on the ground and invariably makes the wrong call. His wife is a doctor, and still he couldn't figure out that all drugs come with side effects and no drug is indicated for the entire population. And here we had an experimental drug and an experimental technology seemingly produced in record time. A person who considers himself as smart as Ben does, should have seen the red flags.

He should have, could have and would have if it hadn't been in what he thought was in his interest to not see them. Willful blindness is not a defense. It's not as if the information wasn't out there, in the open, easily available (especially and above all to someone in his position) and it was certainly not the case that there weren't many voices, with many of the most highly qualified scientists, doctors, and experts in all pertinent fields among them, crying out with the facts and evidence.

Does Ben Shapiro claim to be an investigative journalist, or did that just get pinned on him?

If he does, yep, he was responsible to report his investigations.

But if not, he's just a political commentator that anyone follows at their own peril.

I agree. So-called Vax regret is incredibly fake and self-serving. Has he asked for forgiveness? I haven't heard him do so. He clearly doesn't have any shame for influencing millions to get jabbed. He is in self-preservation mode.

I’ve rarely listened to Ben - he talks too fast and I can’t keep up. But would you put him in the same category as Dan Bongino? He’s another one who took the jab and now regrets it. Although I think he saw the light quite some time ago. It seems that for such a (so-called) intelligent guy, Ben was unusually SLOOW on the uptake. I’m not saying there’s no forgiveness for that, but should he been listened to as an oracle on medical advice? I don’t think so.

Ben was too fast, too packaged. I rarely listen to these guys. Especially to those who appear to make a god out of 'smart reasoning' whether left or right, or even center. As with Ben, and a whole lot of others of the type, where was the thinking?

The Fake Pandemic showed us that a whole lot of folks really don't think at all. And that Man truly is a herd animal susceptible to lunatic stampeding. Not only this, that Man is also prone to creating false gods (media, government, ideology, and you name it). Without a spiritual rudder, such as Biblical Scripture, Man is pretty much a lost cause left to his own devices and sinful desires unrestrained.

Well said Dave! There were many, including Franklin Graham, who promoted the shots. It boils down to an individual who thinks for themselves, based largely on their core values (spiritual), and life experiences. Example- I as so many others, had already learned to mistrust the medical establishment. And media personalities, left or right are simply a talking head. What they say has zero impact on my decisions. The rush to the cliff (as in lemmings) shows that herd animal aspect.

Ha! Ha! Ha! We got rid of a lot of doctors for strictly following the mandates. We finally found one who did not require mask wearing but urged us to get jabbed up. We asked about this and the guy assured us that he had thoroughly researched all of this out. The shots were safe and effective. I guess the single thing he overlooked was that the entire Fake Pandemic was ... erh, well ... totally cooked up. And I guess he did not stop to wonder where normal flu season went starting 2020. These guys are really pieces of work. (The main reason why we bothered at all is that my wife wanted to get some blood work done.)

No, Bongino was in a special category: someone with cancer. He speaks with great regret that he took the jab but he says that having cancer made the decision much more difficult and bad medical advice under those circumstances didn't help.

Bongino is not the issue; Ben Shapiro has a lot to take issue with and he's not even a quarter down the rabbit hole. He's playing victim. What a lout.

Bongino took the jabs (initial 2 only) due to his medical situation. He never promoted them, encouraged people to get them, or criticized people who didn't. He only ever talked about them as his personal decision and told listeners to make their own decision. Big difference between him and those like Shapiro, or Trump for that matter.

Bongino for several months now has made a major point of saying he now regrets taking the shots and considers it the biggest misjudgement of his life. He says he got caught up in fear due to his cancer and didn't research the shots enough beforehand.

At some point you realize that conservatives have the wrong ideology and that's why they were wrong.

Conservatives largely trust our governmental institutions and federal agencies. They think that the agencies can be redeemed by simply reducing the influences of liberal ideology - the agencies just need some tweaking. I don't know how a conservative knows that global warming is a scam and that NOAA/EPA and federally funded scientists have lied to us about it for over 2 decades but somehow miraculously think this corruption in science/academia wouldn't also occur in medicine and other areas of science, but they do.

The Big Pharma corruption of NIH, CDC, FDA is a situation that plagues all other federal agencies and departments. DC literally is a swamp, and you can't just drain it by replacing some Democrats with Republicans. These agencies and departments have to be eliminated. If you like podcasts, I'd suggest No Agenda.

With the slew of Stasi-FIB raids and arrests, think everyone has woken up to the truth on that front. But we're not there yet on the Big Pharma ownership over related federal agencies.

That's concerning too as we don't have any window on putting a stop to it.

Expand full comment
Lisa P's avatar

I don't have your optimism on the FBI - nothing will change on that front. We saw the same if not worse in the early 90s (Waco, Richard Jewell) and nothing changed. Maybe a raid on a former president was too much...

You have a really good point on the Big Pharma problem, and it's bigger than that. If you've seen videos on 'Rockefeller medicine', you know it's the entire practice and teaching of allopathic medicine. I think Steve Kirsch and people like him are the solution. There has to be an alternate source for funding and publishing studies. How hard would it have been to get data from private outpatient/primary care clinics to see if people who took HCQ for rheumatoid arthritis or other condition were getting covid to a lesser degree than non-HCQ patients? Is taking vit D more effective at warding off the flu than the flu shot? These studies simply aren't funded. If we have a Steve Kirsch for every Bill Gates, I think things will change for the better over time.

I have been taking megadoses of Vitamin D since early 2020. Since then, I have had no respiratory infections. No covid, no flu, no colds. Nothing.

Expand full comment
Iron Horsey's avatar

Not optimism so much as a distinction between FIB and the agencies overseen by Big Pharma as it stands.

There is some political will (after November) to tackle FIB. No one solution will happen overnight but IMHO, cutting the funding is what gets their attention. That coupled with a demand that the FIB Dir. resign.

Short of that, I agree on the FIB problem not going away. To start, there must be hearings on the raids and Merrick Garland must be held to account. He must be impeached even if there is no vote for removal in the Senate.

As for Big Pharma, not sure what solution will work when most of Congress is getting cash from their lobbyists.

My thoughts exactly. I had always liked Ben, but I truly couldn't figure out how someone as seemingly smart as he is could be so utterly obtuse about the increasingly apparent realities about the whole covid show and the dangerous vaccine damage going on. Because of this at an early point I lost most respect and all interest in him, there was just no excuse for his ignorance about it all. I do hope he now becomes very vocal about his erroneous opinions and talks loudly about the truth about vaccines.
