I agree there are many people who went along because they were afraid of the government. However, I think the vast majority went along because back then they trusted the government (CDC, FDA, etc). Now we know better. Now we know these agencies are not trustworthy. And if we can't trust them, then what good are they. We can replace the CDC with an open system database that aggregates medical research and save billions of dollars every year.
It is time to start defunding the federal government in massive meaningful ways.

She actually managed to find a doctor who would administer ivermectin to her husband in the hospital. Being a transplant recipient my doctor insists I get yet another booster. I told him to go jump in the lake. And hope he can't swim :). I truly think he is not informed but just going along with uninformed sources and those sources are medical.
I would say to doctors that are just following the CDC or AMA or whatever, what do I need you for if you are just following their guidance and not individualizing care to my needs?? I can read those organizations’ guidance on their website, I don’t need a go between of a doctor for that!

I basically told them I was reluctant to see any doctor who was complicit in giving covid vaccines. I listed the many harms done by healthcare providers both in and out of the hospital. I asked if the hospital system the practice is affiliated with has accepted reality yet. I got a response today; a link to their covid info. I found this jewel in the FAQ section.

I think you nailed it. Another purpose of the article is to shift the narrative so as to cushion the backlash and alter the terms of conversation. What may be one of the desired effects is the "opportunity" to demonize all those who do not go along with the so called amnesty.
I cannot really answer that, but I will say that they should never be allowed in a position of influence again, and in many cases deprived of their ill gotten gains which should then be put in a compensation fund. What's the point of committing a crime, being found guilty and suffering little to no consequences?! Can you imagine Fauci and Birx et.al. repairing to their mansions, pensions and kickbacks intact breathing a sigh of relief having dodged a bullet?

From what I am able to ascertain, multiple crimes were committed. Multiple infractions upon citizens civil liberties occurred. Feelings aside these must be investigated and given the full process they are due. In my opinion, the above are not "mistakes" and the often used excuse 'we never could have known' is simply an attempts to avoid accountability. People are getting sick from the "treatments". People are dying suddenly and unexpectedly at unheard of rates. Children are succumbing to heart attacks and strokes.
