Technically, military personnel are only required to follow every LEGAL order, but I get your point; TPTB pick and choose which laws they follow, and your average "soldier" doesn't have the power to do anything about it. They've been doing this s**t for years.

They pretended it was legal because they pretended they were giving Comirnaty. They even falsified labels. Comirnaty wasn't and I think still isn't being produced; they were using the production methods for the experimental batches, not the "approved" Comirnaty protocols.
So the standards for things like contamination by DNA plasmids was different, among other things.
They had to pretend it was Comirnaty because they couldn't force people to partake in an experiment against their will.
It was an unlawful order, given by the entire chain of command.
Thank you for explaining that. The day they “approved” it I read the actual document and tried telling people it wasn’t really approved and they did a bait and switch. Even conservatives were like, well I heard from reputable people in the know that it they really approved it. TO THIS DAY the sheep who can’t think for themselves STILL think the injections are approved. 🤮
I wonder if any military members could get a copy of vax health records that show Comirnaty given. Then sue for fraud since they weren't given Comirnaty? (Fraud is loophole to be able to sue for vaccines - unless EUA even allows fraud? Now I'm wondering about that!!)
I remember that saying well, and I respectfully disagree with you that there's nothing to it but virtue signaling. I don't steal, because it's wrong, not because there are not times when I could get away with it. But I agree that in times when it takes courage to take a public stand, and suffer the consequences for doing so, one should do that.
Which is why it's taught by the Army through such phrases as the one you criticized, to E-0s and up. Not everyone is taught those values at home, by far. If you were Army, you also recall the Army Values, described in the acronym LDRSHIP: Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal courage. The FBI's motto is Fidelity, Bravery, Integrity. We can see what happens in our daily lives today when we don't teach proper values, don't teach doing the right thing all the time, regardless of whether we're being observed or not. (We're always being observed, of course - by God. When we stopped teaching that....)
I only criticized it because it's clearly only lip service to entire chains of command who would not do the right thing at the expense of their troops. They will never be held accountable for violating the Nuremberg code.
It's the paying of lip service and the failure to display moral courage that get under my skin.
Edit to add that I think we would probably agree on more than we would disagree, and I in no way mean to be contentious! The troops that lived by these values have my admiration and respect. My problem is with commanders who's troops are dead because they didn't want any red on their powerpoint slides.
It was an illegal order for certain, because the military cannot force anyone to take an experimental shot. While they were told the shots were approved, only Pfizer's Cominardy was approved, and it was never and still has not been made available in this country. So every single soldier who took their mandated jab was given the illegal experimental jabs.
The military are charged with upholding the Constitution for the United States which turn means upholding a constitutional law order, inclusive of Higher Law being God's Law upon which the American republics were founded.
So the primary distinction is between what is Law, and what is legal (which may be Lawful or not), and color of law which in not Law and problematically 'legal'.
In today's degraded and degenerate atmosphere by current 'habit and custom' law has become a thicket of chaotic legalisms. But in my book, and looking back to the original law habit and customs of the Americans, I would say that the entire military today is entirely rogue and color of law.
If I had been in the military, I would not have taken the shot. Sure, the consequences of refusal were overwhelming. But here's the thing. Once can recovery from very hard times but maybe no so from shattered health. And in retrospect, I suspect there are an awful lot of military folks who now wish that they had chosen the hard road by which to travel.
I tried to tell our former son in law that, but he eventually caved when they threaten court martial. He was one of the last to succumb at Quantico's medical facilities.
The son-in-law would have had to say 'then do it'. Most people wouldn't or think that they can't. And unfortunately, almost everyone is not educated enough in Law to know what or even begin to know what their probable recourse might be. Once I had become vice-chair of the Constitution party then directed by the late Howard Phillips, and began to read law, I had no idea. I now believe, that with enough knowledge, one would have gone through the meat grinder but come out whole or close to on the 'other side'. The thing would be to know enough law so as to make 'them' begin to have pause at what one might do to 'them'. But what do I know?
Here's another similar case. In this interview, Jerome Corsi talks about his refusal to cave and 'cooperate' with the corrupt court as is related to efforts in knocking off Trump with regard to the Mueller witch hunt. Corsi had more guts than most people I have ever met. And I know that his wife was one hundred percent supporting of his position, an incredible woman. The whole interview is interesting.
You’re forgetting that many did not know up front about the risks, especially when tptb called it a vaccine. Yes, many regret now, but the pressures were immense. A Court Martial is not an idle threat.
Yes, I understand this. And truly, one does not know what one will do until confronted with a situation. And age, experience and knowledge retention and skills make huge differences.
All I can tell you is that I knew in 2020 that 'the pandemic' was all a sham because I ran the mortality figures. And guess what? No rise in mortality. And this was before the Death Jabs.
I have always been bull headed, unyielding to bullies and tyrants. Even as a kid, I'd rather get bloodied and lose a fight rather than given in. I sometimes would terrify my mom as when I stood up to some seven men who tried to throw us off our land the time when we came to look at the building project progress (actually not progressing and that was the problem). They had done stuff like that before and were astonished that I could not be intimidated. My poor mom. Never ever saw her so upset. But that was not the end of the story. The thing when on to a legal action, and our lawyer told me to go and get some supoenas served. So I went into the Clerk of the Court office and said my piece and the lady said, "Oh, we can't do that." The Clerk of the Court comes out and it's the same song and dance. So I waltz up street to the library and the code books and waltz right on back. I recite title and section to the Clerk and say, "What are you going to do about it?" Awhile later I meet with the lawyer and he says, "That clerk! He doesn't want to mess with you." Well, I just don't like losing and bending to nonsense. Because once one goes down that avenue, there's no end to walking around on one's knees. And given that incontrovertible, incontestable fact, I have to say it makes me very sad that the guy caved into the military intimidation.
I still won't give into anything not right because if I do, I know that there would be nothing left to me. I simply refuse to live life as a shattered mirror. Given into these bastards and they keep coming. Sometimes it just got to be either/or. And no being a pussy and taking one's lumps ... no matter what.
But wait! Times change! I'm almost at the point where I don't have the stamina to fight back, especially physically save maybe a little scrape. So one eventually hits a wall. But at least I can look back and see a good record.
I knew it was a sham from the beginning too. While I admit that I considered complying because of a loss of a job that I just recently gotten and worked hard for, I'm happy to say that in the end I told them to take their job and shove it. I would not comply. Still proud of that today and definitely the right decision. No regrets.
I knew at the time, but it was so hard to believe. It all was like watching an End of World sci-fi flick ... what with the desolate streets devoid of human beings and the wild claims of bodies stacked like cord wood in hospital ... and then again, those videos of empty hospitals from California to New York. This was a whole Big, Big operation. Evil, Foul, Murderous ... stealing people's lives and livelihoods. TOTALLY F-ING INCREDIBLE.
Okay! Hard, hard ... so hard at the time. But boy! I bet you are sooo glad that you had the guts to refuse. What a giant decision. One of the greatest every you will have ever made in your whole life.
Straight from the commander and chief. Barf to say that. Do you have any idea how many 'vaccines' they are all forced to get? Even the kids who attend daycare on base have to 'be all caught up' on their vaccines. Makes me sick. Hubs was USN and that was one of the reasons why he was not thinking clearly when his company mandated that all his crew get the jab. He was used to them and not even thinking critically about what they were doing to his body. I am running around like a chicken with my head cut off sounding the alarm (you know, like headless chickens do?) but I swear...after that first shot of coercion into his arm, I was ready to look up bad stuff to do to his dumb company. But, they are ALL still ticking with no problems. You can't tell me this was not a saline shot courtesy of UW and the greedy ghouls who want the industry to keep going yet be compliant with the grift.
Technically, military personnel are only required to follow every LEGAL order, but I get your point; TPTB pick and choose which laws they follow, and your average "soldier" doesn't have the power to do anything about it. They've been doing this s**t for years.
Thanks for that, but wasn’t the military vax order from the top, and therefore ‘legal?’
They pretended it was legal because they pretended they were giving Comirnaty. They even falsified labels. Comirnaty wasn't and I think still isn't being produced; they were using the production methods for the experimental batches, not the "approved" Comirnaty protocols.

100 % correct. Never available here because Pfizer would then have had liability from Cominarty damages.
It was 'color of law' by an out of control rogue military. An abomination.
Thank you for explaining that. The day they “approved” it I read the actual document and tried telling people it wasn’t really approved and they did a bait and switch. Even conservatives were like, well I heard from reputable people in the know that it they really approved it. Monica Harris blogged about the switcheroo when it happened.

Just "Following Orders", the Death of any Liberty.
No. In fact, we're taught we *must not* follow an unlawful order, as some did in the Mi Lai massacre.
There was a saying people used to bandy about when I was on active duty.
"Integrity is doing what's right when nobody is looking."
Virtue signalling. Real integrity is doing what's right when someone is not only looking, but is ready to punish you for it.
Tom, that is very fine. Thank you.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 You nailed it!

I see your point, but doing what's right when no one is looking is your job when you're in the military.

Yessir.

Terrific 🐥 comment! 😂
It was not legal. SCourt already ruled on a case about the antrax jab that military cannot mandate an EUA shot.
And the military has a high proportion of minority service men and women. Just saying.
