I am 62 and was wondering what supplements should I be taking - should I be taking ivermectin? I fast - got off track this summer some but back on and in generally good health - a little overweight- Not on any medications - this information is so interesting and so important- thank you for sharing.
For astonishing heart health, I would recommend high potency cayenne tincture. This would be 160,000/200,00 heat units for about $15 a bottle that will last at least 6 months.
Nattokinase and NAC are for protection against jab shedding, and also a key part of the protocols for people who have been jabbed.
Also, buy quality supplements, as all supplements are Not created equal. Health Ranger, Joseph Mercola, Thorne, and some others.
I left off iodine, 125 mg, and a quality B multivitamin, which are both very important, but equally difficult to find. Even Joseph Mercola's is lacking in the quality of some of the B's. The only one that is not is part of Dr. Tennant's very expensive Restore supplement, which we both take. if you are willing to go for it, his supplement package is second to none.
Careful of the calcium! It is made from rock and wont prevent or help osteoporosis. You need to try algae calcium. The formulas come with d3 and k and boron. Women have sworn it has increased their bone density on their next dexascans.
I am taking it since a foot stress fracture revealed I have osteoporosis. My feet were actually feeling quite frail a year ago.
Ofcourse my pcp is pushingbthose horrible poison meds. I researched and researched. ..This formula plus daily collagen peptides. I am not due for a dexa scan for another year, but I can feel the dufference in my feet.
Iused to to take regular rock calcium with d3. My bone density just got worse! No doctor mentioned or seems to know about k being necessary in the mix.
I also try to eat cheese and yogurt daily as well for the remaining calcium. (my algae calcium supplement is 800 mg calcium).
Consider yourself blessed to not be on any medications. Keep it that way if you can. People that are on medications need to be careful when taking supplements. The challenging part is finding someone in person that is good at deciphering both that doesn't cost thousands of dollars out of pocket.
I was taking Tart Cherry for inflammation and was scheduled for a surgery. Tart Cherry can act as a blood thinner, 3 layers down in the medical system a provider caught that I was taking it and told me to stop taking it a week prior to surgery as a precaution. I don't know if it was a big deal or not, but I am glad someone was paying attention. I went back on Tart Cherry after the operation.
Definitely get tested to know where you are. About 10 years ago my husband's D levels were extremely low, and his doctor prescribed a supplement that was something like 60,000 iu daily. I think he took that for a month or two to bring up his levels and then went back to occasional daily D pills. He has not had low levels since then, although now because of what we've learned the last 3 years, he takes 5,000 iu daily and we may bump it up to 10,000 in winter. We live in California so it was a surprise that his levels were low. So I would always recommend a test just to get a baseline for where you are.
Vit D supplementation should be individualized by repeat blood level testing. I was taking 5000IU daily with K and iodine. My levels rose too high, upwards of 160 so I have backed off but still stay around 100 with a lower dose of D. It's rather curious as years ago my levels were way too low and I was diagnosed with osteopenia quite young. At that point, I was still under the spell of big med/big pharm and tried prescription meds pushed at me. They wrecked my gut and made me so sick. Funcional medicine route using diet, fasting and supplements turned my life around. Now my metabalism works great, my bones are good and I manage to absorb nutrients much more readily.
The only supplement I disagree with from the list would be calcium. There has been much misinformation regarding this supplement so do some holistic research to determine if it is beneficial for your specific needs and what kind to take. Learning more about the quality of foods is essential. GMOs are everywhere which means if you eat them you would be ingesting Glysophate into your system, causing digestive disturbance or worse. Read all labels including foods you have used for years and thought to have been clean. Many are now using bioengineered ingredients. Detoxing with chlorophyll is helpful or try this product: https://globalhealing.com/products/heavy-metal-chemical-cleanse?variant=40546296234184&msclkid=7fa4c1f4a26e1ea2ddc7a4efbd404375. They also have a C60 product and nascent iodine which are great. We are in a battle for good health to be sure, but by placing the armor of GOD around yourself each day and asking for devine guidance in maintaining your body temple will assure your success. Blessings!

I believe selenium should be microgram rather than milligram doses.

Thanks!!! Good to know. I take Tart Cherry, too. I'm going to make a note on the bottle.
No. 1 is Vitamin D! Get it tested, so you have a baseline, but start taking at least 5,000 iu daily. 👍

How high does this dosage bring your blood numbers? 🤔
