I agree with Fla Mom that it’s important for gauging how you’ll feel when doing activities outside, but if they’re using it to skew the perception of what’s happening to temperatures and comparing apples (measured temperatures) to oranges (real feel) to accomplish this, then it’s just another form of propaganda.
That is their whole MO, with everything. Transition necessary because the feels are too scary. Puberty delayable because same! Teach about racial injustice and inequity (and get some depressed, or angry, or guilty feels) because plain old math just FEELS so oppressive (to like, this one DEI consultant who flunked it as a kid).
