So speak and so act as those who are to be judged by the law of liberty. For judgment will be merciless to one who has shown no mercy; mercy triumphs over judgment.

Lord, I ask you to stop the fires, protect innocent life, and bring beauty from the ashes. Bring those responsible for this destruction to justice. If this is Your justice, then may eyes be opened and hearts changed as the evil ones are taken down. In Jesus’ name.

Then He said to His disciples, β€œThe harvest is indeed plentiful, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”

I was singing that old song β€œHarvest Time”. β€œSay not β€˜Four months, then comes the harvest’, for ripe the grain is ready to yield! Work while it’s day, for night is coming……”. I can hear my Mother singing it even now, 26 years after she passed.

The enemy came in and sowed tares among the wheat while those in charge of guarding the fields slept.

They apparently caught a homeless man with a blowtorch lighting up garbage and Christmas trees in a neighborhood. He was arrested and released within hours. So backwards.

Eye roll πŸ™„ is exactly the right emoji. β€œNo probably cause” my aunt Sally’s foot! So much for the extreme justice & punishment to those that set fires that we heard so much about from L.A. officials.

Beautiful prayer.

I’m hoping to see that Hollywood sign in flames.

Hollywood sign…. Wasn’t that the fastest fire to be extinguished?

I was hoping that Hollywood sign would be ablaze too. Not people or homes, but that sign which represents so much perversion, and would be like a message of purging evil for good.

All the Covid dead, illness and vax... the North Carolina citizens, dead, injured and homeless... the California fires dead and homeless... 100,000 innocent Gazans murdered by "God's Chosen" (Zionists)... one MILLION dead Ukrainians in a war that never should have been fought...

"His Justice"? "Evil ones taken down"?

The Babylon Bee noted what I thought was horrific choice of a song played at the funeral of a president who was deeply devoted to his faith in the Lord! (Imagine by John Lennon) I have not seen anyone else outraged by this performance within the walls of a Church, although I may have missed such articles or comments.

Babylon Bee:

Mourners who had gathered at the National Cathedral on Thursday to say goodbye to former President Jimmy Carter came away comforted after Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood sang a song about how there's no heaven, religion is a lie, and everything is ultimately meaningless.

Steve Deace posted this on Facebook yesterday about the song choice: "Nothing says "devout Christian" quite like Jimmy Carter requesting godless/communist lullaby "Imagine" be played at his funeral."

I’m glad someone else noticed how inappropriate (and that word is mildly put) this song was for Jimmy Carter’s funeral. I was outraged as I watched and listened to the lyrics preformed at his funeral. I am sure Carter would NOT have approved of it.

I wonder whose idea it was to have this song as part of his funeral?

Did Carter request it, or was Steve Deace being factious?

It was sung at his wife's funeral, by her request, so they sang it at his also.

Demonic.

Agreed… Demonic indeed.

Communism and Godlessness over God was more important to the Carters? Sad.
