Chesterton was widely reported to have had the ability to write two different essays at the same time - one with his left hand, the other with his right.

As unbelievable as that sounds, it would at least explain Jeff Childers astounding work output.

You are amazing, counselor. (And thank you.)

I don't doubt the ability. It's rare, but I've read of such. If one is interested, it's fascinating to read brain studies of patients who have had a surgical intervention to cut a part of the brain that connects left and right hemispheres. (No cite, sorry). “It just took until 2022 to get there.”

Indeed it did. But only because Queen Hillary was foiled. Looks like they were gearing up for war in 2014 in anticipation of Hillary’s ascendency to the throne. Trump derailed that. But they still had to keep the heat on Russia and cooked up Russiagate and spent the last 4 years blaming Putin and Russia for everything. Propaganda 101.

Now that the lapdog Biden is in office, they can finally get the war with Russia they’ve been angling for since 2014. Trump bought us time. You can see why they pulled out every stop to make sure he wasn’t elected again.

Like all the Covid crimes, by the time the election business gets adjudicated by any official measure, the damage will have been done.

Commit the crimes and don’t worry about the consequences because there won’t be any, at least not for several years.

Now the answer as to WHY they want war to start WWIII with Russia is less clear. I can speculate but the real reason will probably not be clear for some time, probably in retrospect long after the catastrophic damage has been done.

Expand full comment

"Now the answer as to WHY they want war to start WWIII with Russia is less clear."

The West is collapsing e.g. its fiat money debt fuelled binge for the past few decades. They want to blame someone for it. They will blame Putin and Russia. They also believe that WWII got us out of the depression and a WWIII with Russia can do the same... Also, much of the West's fossil fuel infrastructure would get destroyed e.g. Europe/UK is dependent on undersea pipelines. They can implement their green agenda - at least in Europe...

It would seem that Putin's unabashed nationalism stands in direct opposition to the NWO. Taking him out and replacing him with a WEF puppet seems critical to their plans. It would allow not only for the rape and pillage of Russian natural resources, but would stage the next step in the NWO progression, which is China.

And his promotion of Orthodox Christianity and traditional values (sure, its politically expedient for him to do so)... I think that this is basically right. I would add that it is a nationalism which 1) aims to cultivate a rise in the standard of living, 2) promotes sound financial and development policy, 3) recognizes that borders and sovereignty equate in terms of jurisdictional integrity, and 4) that no society can thrive in chaos.

The biggest thing Putin accomplished was a shift from Soviet ideology to re-instituting the Russian Orthodox Church as a basic point of moral reference. The one thing we in the West should understand that One World Woke Globalism hates, demonical hates Christian religion. Why? Because Wokies cannot and will not tolerate any religion which is an obstacle competitor to its presuppositional world view. That is, in the Wokie universe, separation of church and state really means marginalization of Christianity ahead of outright elimination.

Surely one factor, if not necessarily the dominant one, is the Eastern European Jews' ancestral hatred of Russia. For similar reasons, more recently they had good reason to loathe Germany. Even though the actual persons affected are long dead (generations ago), their descendants don't easily forget injuries real or imagined. These people are very insular, very highly educated and they gravitate to powerful positions in private and public life, in numbers far beyond what their tiny share of the "host" population would suggest. Although this comes off as sounding anti-Semitic, consider that it is, or I intend it, as a neutral observation of a general historical truth. Outsized Jewish roles in governments, commerce and other power centers, in large part, explains (I didn't say "justifies") the periodic upheavals over the centuries that have ended badly for them: pogroms, purges, exiles or worse.

Agreed, and I feel compelled to add that, after reading Putin's speech, I cannot agree with our esteemed host that Putin has whitewashed the USSR's history here anymore than is to be expected in a speech meant to uplift and glorify a purported effort to preserve an historical homeland.

Putin has roundly repudiated Russia's tragic Communist experiment in the past, so he cannot be lauding that when he laments the destruction of the USSR. What he appears to be saying here is that the demise of the USSR was tragic because it destroyed an integrated system of nation states AND that the union was dismantled unwisely by USSR officials (without public support, he says) as well as, subsequently, by a predatory west. Those things seem at least arguable and not particularly dangerous or a departure from what is known.

And this is not really a complete whitewash of Soviet history. He specifically refers to those early officials who set up the original USSR boundaries in pejorative terms, stating that they, too, ignored the will of the people. True, he didn't bring up things like the Holodomor, perpetrated by those same early Communists, but why would he in a speech such as this?

Expand full comment

Agreed as to assessment ... and square on the mark. And the 'whitewash' remark, for whatever reason, stood out to me as a glaring blemish. HOWEVER, who else other than our esteemed host dares to handle this topic forthrightly, bull by the horns ... and so straight up? Those would be the far, the few and in the between ... and only in the alternative reportage.

There is also that Putin famous remark back to Kesenia Sobchak (ксения собчак), "You really don't want to go back to all of that do you." Meaning the Soviet era. I tried to search engine the exchange in English subtitles, but it's been blasted out of the algorithms. I can only find the exchange in Russian on the RU Internet.

I have always found Putin to be logical, deep and complex in his understanding of history and of how the world really works as opposed to rule by sovereign whim, which now seems to be daily bread in the leadership impoverish West.

Back in JAN/FEB, Nuland and Biden announced they would stop the Nord Stream pipelines if Putin's troops crossed into Ukraine.

This turned out to be a hollow threat when Europe stopped using Nord Stream gas long before the "sabotage". So there was no real reason "operatives" to risk nuclear conflict by blowing it up.

Keep in mind that Putin never dispatched his military to protect Nord Stream from Biden's promise during this 7 month period. So it makes sense to me that Putin would decide a false flag sabotage would be easy since Biden and Nuland had already alluded they would sabotage the Nord Stream pipes.

In the public's mind, Putin is now poised to return the favor by a Sabotage on the recently announced Norway/Poland "Baltic Pipeline" thus sending Europe into a hard DEEP-FREEZE where millions could die.

Also, the sabotage makes it impossible for Russia to turn it Nord Stream back on for "humanitarian reasons" after the Baltic Pipeline is sabotaged as Putin's "perceived" act of revenge. The final blame will be pointed to Biden and Nuland for publicly threatening the security of Nord Stream in the first place.

So we could predict the Baltic pipe will be sabotaged by "operatives" loyal to WEF/DAVOS Green News Dealers and be blamed on Russia as a clear act of revenge, thus sending all of Europe into a DARK WINTER.

Remember, these leaders are all actors playing their part on the WEF/DAVOS world stage. Putin is an ACTOR - Not a White-Hat.

Russia did it eh?

US policy 8 years ago

“ Well, the Russians will run out of cash before the Europeans run out of energy. And I understand that it’s uncomfortable…” Condoleeza Rice

“ Over the long run, you simply want to change the structure of energy independence. You want [Europe] to depend more on the North American energy platform of oil and gas that we’re finding in North America”. C.R.

US policy today…

Biden said NS II would not happen, and that German perspective or opinion was not even relevant!

I take the assistant Secretary of State’s affirmation that NS II would not function, “ one way or the other “ very seriously.

Also, clear US policy was to create the Ukrainian conflict, and expand it. Russia wants it to end with Russian success.

The circumstances were that disparate European populations were fed up with the sacrifice of their economic lives for an area of Ukraine that voted close to 80 percent for the pro Russian Ukraine party in 2014. .

If and when, and my view is that it is only a matter of when ( due to the severe economic hardship barreling into the German economy) the people demand that the Russian demands are accepted, Russia will have won. Russia’s ace in the hold was the ability to liberate the energy starved broken EU economy.

Russia did not commit severe economic self-harm, and throw away their best chance at ending the Ukrainian venture in success, with some vague hope that they could pin this on the US and drive a wedge between Washington and the EU.

The sane folk in the EU were definitely beginning to drive that wedge for Russia.

The joint One World crowd is in solidarity with expanding the Ukraine conflict. The NS sabotage is highly capable of doing just that; expanding the Ukrainian conflict.

For Russia losing your strongest player, harming your own economic health at a critical juncture, risking getting caught in such a foolish adventure, all for a vague hope of pinning this on the US. (All in all, great risk, definite harms, very uncertain gain)

Additional reasons…

An impoverished Europe with manufacturing shut down benefits US Corporations greatly. $Billions & $Billions. The “threat” of an EU beating the USA economically is removed. ( short sighted and likely long term very wrong, but this has been US thought process)

Russian Gas Revenue gets shifted to USA gas revenue.

It conforms with and accelerates the Zero Carbon goals of Agenda 30 & Paris.

It moves Europe dramatically closer to the desired “Great Reset” status that the Biden Admin and the EU Government advocate. Can’t “build back better” until you have “burned beyond belief” after all.

Russia has continued to deliver gas & oil the whole time with the volume reduced when sanctions prevented Business As Usual. Hardly the actions of someone wanting to hurt their customer.

Forgetting about who performed the sabotage - Nord Stream is cut off from the EU but if Russia still supplies all of Ukraine, Putin has managed to capture all of Ukraine - not just the disputed settlements - in an energy fiat created by Biden;s NATO sabotage. Was this the intended outcome all along? If so, the real players are not Biden and Putin, but more likely the depopulationists at the WEF.

Russia hasn't captured all of Ukraine. The Ukrainians are currently performing massive offensives that are liberating important cities such as Lyman, Kremmina, and moving towards Kherson with a break through.

California Physicians SILENCED

Any comments on Newsome signing AB 2098 into law yesterday?

Here's mine...re this travesty where:

"...a physician or surgeon commits professional misconduct if they disseminate “misinformation or disinformation” about the nature and risks of COVID-19, its prevention and treatment and the development, safety and effectiveness of vaccines."

Doctors “risk losing their medical license, and ... have a duty to provide their patients with accurate, science-based information.”

Who's science? Or, perhaps what science? The science we've all been following in this reality clearly contradicts the grandized and worshipped falsehoods.

We'll see how long it takes for this to be challenged.

Will the doctors in California and the US finally wake up and mobilize out of their fear-state as now they themselves are more directly under attack? Perhaps they could learn some things from those brave enough who have already been holding the line maintaining personal and professional integrity.

I'm waiting for someone to do a parody of Don McLean's American Pie...The Day the Science Died followed up with some song title I can't come up with at the moment where scientific truth is resurrected.

Jeff C says;

"Every one of those things leads directly to depopulation and civilizational collapse. Radical environmentalists want that, billionaires want that, twitter crazies want that, but well-balanced, moral people DO NOT WANT THAT."

I have been thinking for several years now that the West behaviour is suicidal. Unfettered indiscriminate immigration of millions, many that hate you, is insanely suicidal. Covid, and Covid policy is insane, and possibly homicidal. I suppose the reason to blow up N.-Stream is to make certain Germany and Europe do not capitulate to Russia’s ace, their ability to save the German and EU economy.

Energy is the life blood of EVERY economy, and the entire CAGW doctrine and policy is based on poisoning that life blood. The motive? The goal? Apparently some combination of malthusian ideology, crossed with the desire to rule. “Blue Planet in Green Shackles”

The US GEBs "Greedy Evil Bastards" (working closely with the European GEBs,) appear to be maniacally desperate to harm Russia precisely perhaps because Putin won’t play their One World GOVERNMENT games. And Trump was a beacon to all nations to also not play their “Rule the World” games, and exercise strong self interest. Keeping Trump and Russia apart appears, in retrospect, to have been the deeper benefit of the “Russia Russia Russia” manufactured attack on Trump. The number one goal was to remove Trump and an independent nationalist USA, and two, aligned with that goal, keep the nationalist US and nationalist Soviet Union apart, punish them, and you crush Nationalism everywhere.

Trump’s economic success, and beacon call to rational Nationalism made his removal necessary, made Covid 19 ( almost certainly a man made manufactured crisis) necessary. And Trump’s success was massive and growing! He had dragged China, against their will, back to the negotiating table, India was fully aboard, Mexico was cooperating, Asia was cooperating, Eastern Europe was cooperating, anti indiscriminate immigration ideology was growing, bilateral and tri -lateral trade deals were rewriting global trade with the number one economy and super power in the world, a strong USA. Canada was being dragged , also against their will, to the trade table. Even North Korea was bowing to the Trump doctrine. It took Covid 19, two illegal Impeachment attempts, and “Russia Russia Russia” to stop Trump, and the world from getting on board his train of rational Nationalism.

So blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline, is simply continuing that Malthusian “Rule the World” attack on Sovereign independence, suppressing Russia, while supporting the US puppet, a corrupt controlled Ukraine. These folk could not care less about populations, indeed, populations are the enemy, strong Nations are the enemy.

Controlling a nation is so 20th century passe, just as corporations are global, ruling the world is so tantalizingly close. Breaking a few eggs to make the One World Omelette, now means destroying National Sovereign ideology.

I never asserted they were friends. However they are both patriotic to their respective nations.

I also think they both speak rationally. Putin tried for years to gain Russia respect within European nations, even proposing joining NATO. Trump is very very good and creative at finding workable solutions, solutions that benefit each nation. ( That is how he got Mexico on board, and numerous other examples)

Very clearly the globalist had to keep Trump and Putin from any real communication or deal making. Their mutual rational nationalism was and is a grave threat to their global government plans.

It is best to judge by results. Depending on whom you ask, William the Conqueror was a bloody villain, or a bloody hero in a violent time.

In 20 years, under Putin, Soviet income increased 800 percent per capita. The federal debt went to a budget surplus. They became a powerful net exporter of energy. The freedom to worship was restored. Putin is, beyond doubt, very popular in Russia, and for a reason. He has often disparaged the former Soviet Union, and regularly spoke with pride of Russia.

He may be a bloody dictator, or a bloody hero. To many Russian citizens he is a bloody hero, who restored a rule of law to a collapsed former super power, that was broke, and filled with oligarchs, very very corrupt and brutal ones, all vying for power in the vacuum of the former Soviet Union. I do not know the detailed history of those that disappeared by Putin. ( It is not particularly cogent to current events, and would take hours of reading from various perspectives.)

Nevertheless, it is important to understand the Russian perspective. It is important to understand the history of the Ukraine, the centuries of Russian history there, the decades of NATO expansion, the undeniably large populations in Ukraine that voted 80 percent or higher for a Russian friendly President in 2014, the abuse of those Russian speaking folk in the Ukraine, the outlawing of even speaking Russian, and the evidence that 10,000 to 14,000 were brutally murdered by a Ukrainian regime that was installed partially through US CIA action.

It is also well and proper to understand the history of European invasion of Russia, not that many decades ago, and the millions of lives lost. In that window one can see great concern with Ukraine threatening to join NATO and put nukes on their border. Nobody can effectively broker peace with a person or nation they do not understand.
