There are many more that have awakened than when I first read this, but it still resonates:

“Sometimes it is a curse to be 'awake'. While awakening is the most liberating, empowering and far-reaching journey, it is also the loneliest and most confusing journey of all.

No one talks about the darkness that accompanies awakening, or the grief that comes with it. You mourn not only the life and illusions you once had, but also the realization that almost everything you once thought you knew is a lie. The beliefs you held onto, the people you learned to trust, the principles you were taught.

You mourn the loss of many relationships with people who simply won't and can't "see" it. You feel alone, ridiculed and shamed, not only by the masses, but for many of us by your own family and friends. You feel like you no longer have much in common with the people around you.

It is difficult to have useless and superficial conversations that lack substance with those who are still in deep sleep. Some even mourn the loss of their ignorance, because ignorance makes many things easier.

There is no way to sugarcoat it: waking from twilight sleep is brutal. You will go through the full range of human emotions. You will dive down the darkest rabbit hole, processing information only to emerge and cope with daily life. You will feel more and more disconnected from family and friends, as if you were living in another world.

If you recognize yourself, know that you are not alone. Not only are you not alone, there are many of us. We may be separated by distance, but we are deeply connected.”

Does anybody consider the religious implications? If there is a judgement day, how does it make sense to judge a person who is nothing more than a mindless, drone follower, incapable of thinking for themselves? Might as well be passing judgement on a rabbit or squirrel.

Expand full comment
ROKM's avatar

From a Christian perspective, the judgement day that will come to all after their death will be for their entire lives, not just this period. God says that "...since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. 20 For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse." Romans 1 So, God can be seen in everyone's life, thru nature, our bodies and their functions, etc. But, some/many refuse to see. Could they? Yes, but it would require them to humbly search for real truth, not just an echo of what they think. This is clearly a summary and not comprehensive, but, of course, rabbits and squirrels are incapable of rational thought, while the vast majority of ppl should be capable. Have you seen the video of Yuri Bezmenov talking about how to demoralize the United States thru propaganda? CHILLING and we are living in the effects now. I think this is why do many are incapable.

CMCM's avatar

The scary thing is that the Bezmenov interview was done in 1984....40 years ago. So much of what he said was already in place and would happen is now happening.

Expand full comment
SteelJ's avatar

Yes, judgement for their entire lives, not just this period. But do you think the drones turned on a dime in 2020? Millions of us recognized it as a scam, it was obvious by about March 2020, by the time the two weeks was extended. Sure, they fell victim to propaganda, but whose fault was that? It was obvious propaganda, for God's sake. Rabbits and squirrels may not think rationally in the same way a minority of humans can, but I love'em. They seem to have a leg up on us, best I can tell.

Expand full comment
TB's avatar

What's even more important is that after being judged, everyone who is in Christ will be forgiven for their sins and failings. Ultimately the question will be whether each of us has chosen to trust and serve Him, even if we screwed up badly by giving too much trust to people who lied to us (as just one example).

but the person just described has made DECISIONS along the way to remain in that mindless unawares state. We ARE all responsible before the God who made us to know Him. Ignorance is no excuse. None of us are mere "victims of ur circumstances".

Find a bible and read Jpb's story. Or how about that of Moses? Or how about Peter? Look at his cowardice on the night Jesus ws taken prisoner, He had walked daily with him three some years, and slithered off into the shadows cursing and swearing tht "I do not know the Man". then flip over a few ore pages and read in Acts chapter two, that same man... how he stood up and spoke to the crowd.. and no, that crowd was no friendly gathering of twenty or so. When he was done speaking three thousand out of that crowd (how big was the wee lot of them? Perhaps ten thousand?) turned and began to follow that same Jesus whom Peter had, not two months prior, vehemently denied with oaths and curses.

We are NONE OF US with any excuse. Creation itself screams of the existence and glory of he One who made it all.

True but you are more aware because HE has left us warnings in HIS Word. HE has also told us how to heal our land and it takes more than just believing and trusting. We as individuals who believe and follow have the responsibility to humble ourselves, repent, seek HIS words and instructions, follow those instructions. In other words change how we live putting HIM in HIS proper place and stop worshipping other idols like self/ego, money, possessions, sports, entertainment, etc etc. Then HE will heal our land. HE says it, HE does it. But HE also warns what happens if we decide not to follow HIS instructions. It is our choice. Decide wisely.

Great comment Laura. Pretty much everything you described happened to but with one exception. I didn't find awaking traumatic but invigorating.

Like most here I'm by nature a very curious person who likes to understand how things work. Nothing made sense before, the contradictions, the fear-mongering, the falsehoods, the continuing uneasiness at immoral nonsense all around (that others act as if its normal). But after waking up things fell right into place. Understanding the depth of corruption and demonic activity was unsettling, but finally things made sense. Things were now crystal clear, the constant confusion and sense that things just didn't add up was gone. Finally clarity. (And clarity that happens to exactly align with biblical truth.) I consider it God's grace, He lifted the scales from my eyes.

One thing I have to continuously guard against (and often fail) is arrogance toward those still asleep. I find it often turns to contempt, I want to grab them and shake them and shout, "what is wrong with you, cant you see what' going on, it's so obvious!! Any moron can see it!" But most people aren't curious, they like their comforting illusions, they have no great love for the truth. So they walk around in a stupor, vaxxed to the gills, in debt up to their eyeballs, glued to the TV, hooked on a vapid and degenerate popular culture. It isn't pretty which feeds the contempt, I have to fight it every day. There are the string-pullers, and there are the unthinking cogs, the latter group are weak but they aren't evil (unlike the former).

God's grace is good and He woke us up for a reason. Don't squander it.

We are taught to obey authority without question and children should always question authority, respectfully. It may have saved us all from taking an experimental jab, unconstitutional restrictions, and trusting in the news etc. that literally controls our thinking.

And of course it is also an article of religious faith among them that not only are the shots totally safe, but the Bad Orange Man is Very, Very, Very Bad Indeed. There's no common sense, basic logic, nor any curiosity evidenced on their part about any of this. At least that has been my personal experience with the people I know who say such things. They've all taken anywhere from 3 to 8 of these shots by now, and a lot of them have bad brain fog (which they ascribe to old age or their multiple covid infections). I believe that we have to work like the French underground or the underground transportation of slaves from the south to freedom. Barrett Station near Crosby Texas ( where I coached taught and had a farm for 30 years) was one of those substations. It may come to this for us purebloods eventually. But if we actually study history, this has been going on since the beginning. The devil was intelligent in framing the US as this perfect society or country by controlling the information/media etc..

Our reward is eternal and we are here to bring others to God. I believe we have so much left to do and God has a purpose for all of us. If you neglect his crumbs on the trail, you will be led back to the beginning. Now at 63, I finally feel I have an understanding of my purpose, even though I know it may change daily. Jeffs substack is definitely part of it. I will be starting my own soon and began a paying membership this week as the Holy Spirit led me to join.

For all those who are so disappointed in our country, just assume it was a spouse of 30-40 years whom you found out was two timing you FOREVER. Life is so good even here in the devil’s playground and there are a LOT of us here. This is a great meeting place, our Underground Railroad station. After teaching histories and sciences for almost 4 decades I realize I was teaching falsehoods taught to me, like many doctors on the take. I’m a changed person and I believe many doctors are realizing their mistakes BUT we’re NEVER going to hear their resurrection stories unless through sites like these. True, but I would not trade it for life itself. From Clif High's article he posted yesterday. he describes one of my horrid sister in laws to a "T", who even my wife admits is the most willfully ignorant person she knows.

"“No man is born into this World a Master. For this reason, Man is equipped by Nature with the greatest of treasures, the ability to Learn. From Learning comes all forms and levels of enlightenment. The Man who applies himself, and studies to Learn, thus finds Salvation. There is no more Evil a curse than to name a man as Ignorant.”

While reportedly from an unnamed 2nd century BCE Persian poet referencing an inscription on a tomb from the Achaemenid Empire that had ended a few centuries earlier, we find this concept repeatedly working its way throughout history from 11th century Aiki-jujutsu texts, to 15th century Qabalah and magic commentary.

It is still valid in our Times; there is no Evil greater than Ignorance.

Assumptions are the base of Ignorance. If you are assuming that you do know, then you won’t seek to know. Assumptions are dangerous, especially unrecognized, and unacknowledged, as they blind you to what you do not know. Assumptions are built upon mountains riddled with tunnels and caves of ignorance."

The Court has to know if this is allowed to stand, the country is effectively over, as every former President from here on out will be brought to trial on phony charges.

That's a lot to unpack today. The Trump trial - sadly, I expect him to be found guilty by this jury even though no reasonable person would do so. I'd be shocked if it turned out otherwise - and then the TDS crowd will be fired up. Yeah - overturned on appeal, but it shouldn't come to this. The raid news is just infuriating and that sort of thing shouldn't happen in this country. Again, the TDS crowd is unhinged on this, when any normal person would think "this is way over the top and foolish".

The hail thing I can comment on - we _do_ get "softball sized hail" at times. It's not common, but not unheard of, either. Those are some of the "cover your cars as best you can" moments. I do know that in Texas, Guidestone used to provide insurance for churches and pulled out, leaving a lot of churches scrambling for property insurance. Our friends go to a small church and their premiums increased significantly and also brought in some fun extra clauses like "professionally installed CO detectors" for buildings with no gas. The "professional installation" in this case consisted of paying an electrician $500 to peel the backing off some sticky tape on a $20 CO detector and stick it on the wall. 5 minutes of work, but hey - it was "professionally installed".

Klaus stepping down just means someone worse and younger can step in. I'm not greatly encouraged by that. It's long overdue, but I doubt too much will change. The WEF still has way too much influence for a bunch of unelected people.

Lots all over CA, and hundreds of wind turbines surrounding Palm Springs.

Here in Oregon there are now wind farms instead of wheat or hay crops. The money is too good. If I recall, $1000 per month per turbine to the ranchers. That’s some big 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰

Farmers get all the profit from turbines, with none of the work and overhead of a traditional farm. Too hard to pass up, I could imagine.

In a small South Georgia town, through successful entrepreneurial management, a family went from owning a hamburger stand, to a restaurant, to creating the first

Red Lobster, to a chain, etc. all quite successful. It grew. Their corporation was sold. Now, mismanaged.

I truly miss the individual entrepreneurial spirit. It’s nowhere found in a mega-corporation.

The corporatization (is that a word? ) of the US happens like this: you managed to create a successful business which makes you rich, but then you are approached to sell it for the amount of money only a lottery ticket could offer you in your dreams.

You also don't have to worry about the business anymore or work anymore. So you sell.

You aren't intrinsically doing anything sinful by selling, but it enables and encourages the evil of big money to continue spreading its lure and temptation..

Selling your business for millions of $ might be somewhat benign, but what of women, models and actresses who sell their modesty posing, acting or simulating nude sex on our screens, or ala Stormy Daniels, even going onto that 'legitimate and now legal' business of pornography, in exchange for the big bucks of a magazine layout or movie role?

Or the thousands who will sue without a thought for money, not caring about whose job may be lost after the lawsuit. Or you could be like a Kardashian, or a 'housewives of xxx', or an obscene mouthed rapper, or a drug dealer or a human trafficker...it just goes on and on, especially in a society where a content middle class no longer seems to exist or be desired, a society where we are shown daily that money trumps the age old values of dignity, honor, respectability.

All we see is love of money, big money, in our culture today.

The corporate overlords, oligarchs get richer by exploiting the weakness of the masses.

It all seems so deliberate.

The *love* of Money: the root of all evil.

The USA today.

@AngelaK our country has become Pottersville 😭 But I believe the pendulum is swinging back. The Regressives can only cover up their death and destruction campaign for so long until, finally, the ones who wanted to be left alone to live their lives in peace say, “No more.” The rage and screeching after Butker’s speech is an indication that the Left knows they’re losing the fight. We just have to keep trusting God and doing the next right thing 🙏🏻

He has every right to express that opinion, and I don’t disagree. But the thing is there are very few families that can make it on one salary these days. I was very lucky to live in a home with a full-time homemaker for a mother. the flattening of the middle class has made it more difficult to survive, much less thrive on one income.

Fair question. I don't believe so. It was supposed to be a choice- an option. Women's intellectual gifts and artistic creations have made some wonderful contributions to the world. Unfortunately, it turned into a pressure- an economic necessity in many cases. I blame the shrinking of the middle class on corporations moving their manufacturing overseas, paying slave wages and reaping huge profits. If the government represented us, instead of those companies, things would be different. But corporations fund their election. Also WAY too much war spending. 800 military bases across the world. Russia has one, and China has 2.

I went to a Red Lobster once years ago with my daughter (since saved and now into eternity with Jesus) who invited both her divorced parents to dinner... she broke the news right after the check was paid and we were getting up to leave that her live-in girlfriend (that she was supporting along with the woman's toddler daughter) was pregnant by some guy that she'd met one night in a bar (named Adam... 'a man'), and was moving out of state with another man, an old boyfriend. I had been praying that the relationship would end but... not like that!

I have associated Red Lobster with betrayal ever since. Now, that seems even more apropos.

There’s a reminder floating out in commentary world that some in FBI suggested a different approach. DOJ - Garland (Lisa Monaco?) - is the authority in charge. In any case, neither institution is friendly to the Constitution*.

I simply do not see how this was not an attempt to do something heinous…several commentators seem to reflect my initial reaction.

This is 💯 about finding that 11” binder of documents evidencing the crimes dating back to 2016. The Florida case is the key case to watch.

While the House is unlikely to do anything they should still be lit up. Public pressure sometimes works. The Florida federal judge needs some cover!!! Remember she has known about this since shortly after getting the case. All these documents are coming to light because the oublic has a right to know, and she’s under fire by the Left. So let’s help her out by pressuring the House to do more than write strongly worded letters/reports.
